While waiting for
the other to arrive, these earlybirds at Cagsawa enjoyed several poker
games. The leader of the pack seems to be Boy Ordiz, con todo shades for
hiding eyes that try to take a peek at others' cards.. |

Later they went to the nearby bar nook. Ruben, a member of the bar,
assigned himself the work of the bartender, a job he contemplates to
get into upon retirement. |

It's an old parlor

Moment of truth for
Alan: when Glo announced that she was her crush then; and Josie (behind
Amer, a shot I immediately took, with the camera zoomed) was of course
thoroughly amused and enjoyed the scene. After all, not a few classmates had
a crush on Alan then, and the eventual winner is Josie. He he. Lucky
girl! Lucky boy, too! |

Perfect timing is the key to winning a Statue Dance contest, and Oca and
Grace got their timing right even when the emcees had the rules reversed:
stop dancing when music is played.
Oca, from the start, already won the heart of every classmate with his
enthusiastic dancing. We forgot that he is a Tai-chi instructor: is
it possible he fooled us with Tai-chi steps that looked like
graceful and energetic dancing? Ganun pa man, saludo kami kay Oca. |

The Yes-No game is
one of those parlor games that always switches the audience to rollicking
mode. |

We had this "most
youthful-looking contest", with 3 final nominees: Rudy, Nol and Boy. Boy
won the contest. He said his black hair is natural. Walang daya.
There was the same category for girls, but all four nominees were declared the
winners. |

Forty-five years ago
we were handed our diplomas at the Albay High School campus. This time
each of us was given our Certificate of Attendance at the Cagsawa resot of
classmate Glo. This time we had much fun getting our certificates and
enjoyed every bit of the "ceremony". A look at the photos tells us so. |

At every opportunity
the reunionists would pose in groups.
The good thing about
being a photographer is that a photographer can order people to do this or
do that before he takes a shot and everyone would follow. He he.
These are group
shots on the first and second days of the reunion. |

Oca
did not receive his Certificate of Attendance at Cagsawa
"Graduation" ceremony. The next day, at Fe's home, we had this special
ceremony, with the heads of both the Secretariat and the Organizing
Committee, Bella and Armand, presenting him the Certificate of Attendance. |

Rolly
Abion has been on a roll, coming to the reunion grounds on his grand
motorcycle, which his classmates immediately grabbed for a photo-op.
Following the pun of Roger about being buslagged, Rolly had to shed off
his cyclelag for a few minutes before he started renewing acquaintances. |
